1 Day 9am-6pm   $100

This course introduces the student to the Fundamentals of firearms safety, along with the skills necessary to properly handle a revolver and or semi-automatic pistol. You will learn what a handgun will do, what it won't do, and why it works the way it works. The hands-on training will start with Proper Stance and Grip, how to deploy the weapon from a holster, sight alignment, and sight picture and trigger control.

Class will progress to rapid fire/combat shooting and multi-target drills with life-size paper silhouette targets. This is a great class weather you are a novice to the gun world or, if you already have the basics and want to improve your accuracy and confidence to shoot well in a pressure situation. This class is also good for the shooter who hasn’t been practicing on a regular basis. Lastly, our class gives the civilian shooter a chance to practice real world shooting techniques and use tactics such as double and triple taps, which are not allowed at most ranges.

This course places the most emphasis on improving the shooter's ability to make decisions under stress and to make rapid multiple shots on both single and multiple targets at varying distances.
